We found no licence information on Betwinner's own pages. The platform allows you to play using Android and iOS online apps for casino games. As of 20 October 2026, Betwinner lists a casino welcome package of up to BDT 144,000 + 150 FS over the first 4 deposits for new BetWinner app customers, and a 100% sports bonus of up to BDT 10,000. BetVisa offers an Android APK from its own website, but the BetVisa app is not on Google Play or the App Store, so iPhone users get the mobile site. It lists bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay for BDT payments, and as of 20 October 2026 its first-deposit offer is 150% up to 1,000 BDT on JILI slots only, with 15x wagering. We list it with a caution: its licence claim uses a legacy Curaçao sub-licence (365/JAZ) that we could not verify.

ICCWin App

ICCWin's menu has a "Download App" entry that we did not open, so the ICCWin app guide describes the usual APK route for Android and the mobile site for iOS. ICCWin lists bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay, and instead of a welcome bonus it gives 4–8% on every deposit by VIP level (checked 19 October 2026). We list it with a caution: its licence claim uses legacy Curaçao numbers that we could not verify on a register.

We list it with a caution: its terms state a Curaçao licence without a number.

JeetBuzz App

The JeetBuzz app is an Android APK from the operator's website, as it is not on Google Play; on iPhone, JeetBuzz offers a browser-based web app (PWA) instead of an App Store app. The app has Bangla and English interfaces and lists bKash, Nagad and Rocket for BDT payments. We list it with a caution for that reason.

The Banglabet app is an Android APK, and iPhone users can add a PWA version to the home screen instead of an App Store app. Banglabet accepts BDT and lists bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Khelaghor App

Khelaghor offers an Android APK; according to our Khelaghor app guide, its iOS version is still in development, so iPhone users add a home-screen shortcut to the mobile site.
